Fine building great location
Pros
It’s next to a parking lot so if you’re on the right side of the building, you get great sunlight
Cons
Terrible waste management and there were rats in the trash constantly

Nice neighborhood, decent neighbors.
Cons
Trash compactor is always going down, so you have to go down to the basement (only when super turns elevator on to go to basement) to throw away your garbage, hardly any parking, old doors, can’t replace knobs that constantly fall off without changing the entire door, constant leaks and flooding, lead found in apartments by city, moldy tiles.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to tenants that pay their rent on time, and paid their rent during the pandemic.
