Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Steven Finkelstein reveal a mix of experiences. Some residents praise responsive management, decent heating, and convenient locations. However, many highlight poor cleanliness, ineffective pest control, inconsistent heating, and unaddressed maintenance issues such as broken elevators and dirty hallways. Garbage management is often cited as subpar, with complaints about trash and incinerator closets. Noise levels and neighbor relations vary widely, with some reporting disruptive environments. Several renters express frustration over slow or unresponsive management and superintendents perceived as unhelpful. While a few buildings show improvements, overall management appears inconsistent, suggesting a need for better upkeep and tenant communication.
