Poor Maintenance Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Like the apartment: layout and size. Nice balcony although it has issues.
Cons:
Moved in after building opened. Have experienced support issues with three separate maintenance companies including the present one. Plaza Management. Heat problems. Problems not fixed properly. Emergency calls not addressed on weekends
Advice to owner:
Either get a new maintenance company or talk to tenants to see where Plaza Management is failing.

Tenants sublet for parties and create security and safety issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Kept reasonably clean by excellent porter.
Cons:
Been complaining to Mgmt company since last June about tenant subletting apartment for parties. These parties are often out of control with noise. These People are given security codes, packages in lobby go missing and there have been two gun incidents outside property.
Advice to owner:
Someone needed to deal with this when it started and nothing was done. Parties still happening with noise until 3-4 am.
