Old Building But Charming

Pros:
Old school style NYC building with full amenities.
Cons:
Huge issues with flooding and several times huge flood of waste water flooded the floors beneath us.

Old building. Good and bad thing.
Advice to owner:
You guys are alright !

best management, doormans and staff are the best and moat kind
Cons:
had scaffolding for a very long time. some apartments have pest issues
