Neighbors cause bug issues

Pros

Elevator, convenient location

Cons

A good amount of pests (no rodents), but German and American cockroaches

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

hard to contact, unwilling to make repairs

Pros

roof access, neighbors

Cons

the super and landlord are unresponsive and unprofessional - both are extremely hard to contact with months of persistent effort and when they do fix anything it's done poorly and partially and the problem continues.
