Great building, well maintained!

Pros

FIrst time I've seen an "A" energy score! Great sunlight during the day.

Cons

One of those toilets with the "tank?" inside the wall, so you can't drop in any of those cleaning pods. Also, the flusher is low and near the back of the seat... annoying to reach.

Could be worse

Pros

Mostly nice, quiet neighbors in the building. Newly renovated laundry room and they put in storage lockers in the basement (hurray!).

Cons

New management hasn't moved in a super even after a year, so no super to watch over the building, buzz you in if you're locked out, the day to day stuff. Foot and car traffic is loud at night, especially if your apt faces the street.
