Impossible to reach management and owners

Cons
The apartment was completely not ready when I moved in, not painted, not cleaned, the former tenants belongings in the kitchen cabinet and dishwasher. Management was impossible to reach by phone and if you went to the office they’d say they’d fix issues but didn’t until you when 5 times. Super was great and going directly to him was helpful, but building management was unhelpful and greedy.

Pros
Good sized apartment, free gym, regular cleaning, roof with furniture, warm doormen
Cons
Poor communication between management and the building. Slowish to fix some ammenties. Some loud tenants in the ground floor townhouses.
