Lovely Great Place
Pros
I love that the landlord is very responsive, almost immediate response and is due diligent. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The garbage pick up is very promptly and hallways Stay clean. I also like that, the landlord tries to ensure that the building is safe by ensuring that front doors are locked and surveillance is monitored.
Cons
The police station is at the corner and sometimes sirens are annoying, but it’s very seldom nothing to complain about
Advice to the owners
Continue the good work ethic.

Cons
In 6 months we’ve seen 3 mice and the landlord is negligent. As has been documented by other tenants here, he’s a weirdo with arbitrary rules and obviously lives on the first floor of the building (with his maybe girlfriend??).
Advice to the owners
Get some socio emotional intelligence
