Run dont walk
Pros
Nothing at all it's mainly a building that take people from shelters.
Cons
Poor maintenance services..never see the landlord...roach and rat infested...apartments are in bad shape...black mold present in multiple units...half ass repairs..

Safe building Somewhat quiet Convenient for public transportation
Cons
Entire building needs renovation. Elevator currently isn’t working (3 months now) Bed bugs in certain apartments. Rats in most. Most intercoms do not work. Many false rooms in the building. Fire hazard! Landlord doesn’t really care!
Advice to the owners
We pay rent! Fix our building. Stop building partitions in the apartments that’s a critical fire hazard!
