Nice building, spent 2 years here
Pros
Nice building, could use upgrades in certain areas. Spacious studios, decent amenities.
Cons
The side of the build is the trash area for another building and directly next to the main entrance. Late at night the side of the neighboring building becomes rat city. Huge rats, colonies of them just running around. There’s nothing the building can do about this since it’s the neighboring building but just not the best experience.
A really good place to live, with strange layouts
Pros
Clean, nice, new super is responsive. Outgoing building manager is fine. New building manager is ok.
Cons
Condos right, so owners get pref treatment from staff. makes sense. Not sure how comfortable I am tipping given the difference in service
Advice to the owners
Keep up the good work and fire whoever bought the electric grills. what a waste of money lol.
