Has problems but cheap

Pros

It's affordable, near Prospect Park and trains, and many of the units have large common spaces. The hallways are regularly cleaned and we;ve never had issues with neighbors

Cons

Hot water frequently goes out, management is very unresponsive and rude, heat is inconsistent, and when things do get fixed it's done so cheaply

Not the worst, but not the best

Cheap and close to the park

Cons

The garbage rooms are disgusting and they have a really bad roach problem. Some of the apartments face courtyards that aren't clean and flood. The super and management are really slow to answer. And there has been a case of bedbugs in the last year.
