Management won't do anything unless you threaten to sue

Elevator (that barely works) Laundry in basement (that ruins clothes and doesn't accept anything but quarters) Super in building (that only works special selected hours that he makes up) Train around the corner (surrounded by people doing drugs out in the open) Lobby used as a playground for unruly children (hope you enjoy the impending lawsuit)

See "pros". Apartments not worth the rent. You can hear your neighbors conversations because the walls are paper thin.

Advice to the owners

Have an epiphany. Honestly, having a doorman or security would fix 90% of the buildings issues. And you can afford it.
