Cheap but Terrible

Pros

The apartment was pretty cheap, at least when I first rented, and its rent stabilized.

Cons

Because it’s rent stabilized, they have no loyalty to the tenant and will do anything to get existing tenants to move out. I have had NO HEAT ever since I moved in despite complaining.
