just alright to live in

quiet area and decent space

Cons

- roach infestation that took a while to resolve as super did not believe it at first - exposed holes in apartment - sometimes water never got hot - extremely cold in the winter - too many pests for high price

- do more pest control throughout the building as there are roaches dead in the hallways
