This Landlord Is a dishonest scoundrel . Not to be trusted .

No elevator, Toilet leak . Narrow. Walk up . However , landlord. Is a dishonest weasel . Do not trust this landlord . He will verify rent , then once you are approved and he knows you are committed he flat out lies and raises. The rent , He is a flat out scoundrel. There are hundreds of vacant rentals - do yourself a favor look elsewhere.
