Reviews

Former tenant·6 months ago

could be worse

Pros

Pretty quiet, good neighbors

Cons

Maintenance isn’t helpful, super is nice but has his hands tied by the management company and can’t actually get anything fixed (we have had broken stuff for months).

Solid Apartment, Lackluster management

Pros

Reasonably priced. Pretty quiet. Incredible location.

Cons

Biggest issue was management always cheaping out on fixes. We had a leaky roof for two years and managment's solution was to just paint over the leak which fixed it for a month until another big rainstorm caused a leak again. Same thing happened with some plumbing fixes
