great building, but some roach issues

generous apartment layout, amazing super, great neighbors, quiet, wired for fios, laundry in building

sadly, roaches. it varies by apartment, but mine has a severe infestation I can never get rid of. like, severe. with every type of cockroach. they even come up my bathtub and kitchen sinks packages have 50/50 shot in getting stolen like many new york apartments, the heating system demands your windows to be open in the winter / put the AC on, otherwise it's way too hot (and you can't control it)
