Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews strongly warn against renting in Scott Rosenthal's buildings, citing consistent issues with cleanliness, pest infestations, and unreliable heating systems. Management is repeatedly described as unresponsive, unprofessional, and often harassing tenants. Many report hazardous conditions such as mold, leaks, broken security doors, and illegal landlord practices. Despite some decent neighborhood aspects and reasonable rents, tenants face unsafe, poorly maintained environments with frequent maintenance neglect. The overall consensus depicts neglectful ownership and management failing to uphold basic habitability and tenant rights, making these buildings unsuitable and highly discouraged for prospective renters.

Slumlord; hellhole; avoid!
