Dirty and poorly managed

Cheap renovation. Management harasses tenants yet there are constant issues with pests, heat, hot water, security.

Slumlord; hellhole; avoid!

Horrible. Avoid like the plague

Unreliable heat and hot water. Roaches. Horrible landlord. Mail can’t be delivered. Perpetually broken intercom. Landlord to cheap to heat hallways in winter.
