Classic brownstone

Pros:
Amazing location. Lots of space, storage, radiators are not too noisy in winter, fairly responsive landlord. No bugs or rodents!
Cons:
No real cons, seemed to have problems with the heat once it was way too warm out for the heat to be on.
Advice to owner:
Heat in warmer months needs to be adjusted/turned off.

Pros:
Quiet, well maintained building
Cons:
Boiler broke multiple times over the winter, with hot water and heat being out. But never lasted more than 24 hours. Management could be more responsive to emails.
Advice to owner:
New boiler?
