Happy about JP3

Pros

We lucked out on finding a rent stabilized unit from streeteasy. Maintenance very responsive - comes within 1-2 days. Very safe with 24 hour doorman. Nice to have dog park and the club ($145/month) Very new amenities. In unit washer dryer. Easy move in with elevator and basement

Cons

Feels transactional with many people passing every day Facing construction or road could be noisy or smelly Not easy to open window to ventilate Layout is not the most comfortable

Super nice building, no major complaints!

Pros

Good amenities, pretty responsive to issues/things that need fixing. Problems are occasional and not usually serious. Gym is pretty well maintained. Rent stabilized and prices are not unreasonable for the area. The location is fantastic in terms of train access.

Cons

Pretty hard to get a hold of their leasing office, maybe due to high demand as it's a popular building. Annoying rules to move apartments within the building. Maybe a little too pet friendly, smells bad around the building esp in the summer
