Say no to CitiApts management

Pros

Super and garbage guy are great; they've been around much longer than the new management company.

Cons

New management, "CitiApts" is terrible. Non-responsive or condescending depending on the day. Trying to illegally raise rents. Roaches everywhere constantly. A huge garbage and building parts pile in the back that management refuses to have cleared out. Mold and water damage and serious building issues that management refuses to remedy.

Advice to the owners

New management.

Advice to the owners

Maybe work to update the basics like your super and have some control of the building
