659 is alright with me

Pros

Great location, mad food, two trains, and a lot of shops nearby. Talk ceilings, great lighting in the street facing room, good in the back, minimal in the middle room. Decently sized rooms. Laundry in building. Management gets back fairly quickly.

Cons

Bathroom has no windows causes mold. While there’s laundry in building it’s only one and one unit for the whole building. Slight infestation, problem but that may be neighbors not being clean.

Advice to the owners

Get more laundry units. Proper hvac for the bathrooms. Also tighten up with cleaning common areas hallways, and take trash out. They’ve have several sanit court summons.

Nice apartment, not well maintained by landlord

Pros

Sunny rooms, big windows, always hot water, nice roof, good location

Cons

central air has problems, seems to not work at the change of the season when switching from a/c to heat and back. when i complained about the air problem, i was told to clean the air vents, which i have done multiple times to no change. Bathrooms and kitchens have minimal ventilation. The vents get dusty and they don't maintain them despite this issue.

Advice to the owners

Fix the a/c, replace the rooftop furniture, fix the rooftop door, regularly schedule ventilation cleanings.
