Great location. Good landlord. Noisy neighborhood

Landlord & super are very responsive to issues. Garbage handled daily. Super hot apartment which is common in NYC. Very good location right around the corner to the F, M, J
Cons:
Very noisy neighborhood. Don't live here facing the street if you're a light sleeper

Pros:
- Garbage management is done well. It really rarely smells—even in the summer - Landlord is pretty good—will look to help you if there is an issue.
Cons:
- The walls are MUCH too thin—you can hear EVERYTHING from your next door neighbours. - No elevator or in-building washer/dryer - Poor mailroom management—I’ve had a couple packages stolen.
