Review Summary for Walker Malloy & CO Inc
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews of WALKER MALLOY & CO INC buildings consistently highlight responsive and helpful management and maintenance staff, contributing to a well-maintained, tidy living environment. Buildings are generally clean with effective garbage management and functioning heating systems. However, some tenants report challenges such as small unit sizes, occasional difficulty in reaching management, pest control issues, and thin walls leading to noise concerns. Rent hikes and pricing relative to unit size are also points of dissatisfaction. While some aspects like natural light vary by unit, overall, residents appreciate the building upkeep and management’s attentiveness, though improvements in communication and pest control could enhance tenant experiences.

Sweet nyc apt building
Former Tenant

Small building, maintenance staff is amazing!

A bit older & you don’t get much light depending on which apartment you have. The backside gets less light but is very quiet.
