Dirty Building, Lazy Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Extremely close to the Train station.
Cons:
Horrible Parking due to the Police Station across the street. Super does NOT clean the building regularly. Super turns off water without giving tenants a heads up.
Advice to owner:
Hire a New Super.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing is nice about this building
Cons:
There are several holes in the ceilings and floors.
Water leaking from the radiator.
The building is never cleaned.
Rodents in every apartment and the lobby.
Advice to owner:
Get new superintendent who actually clean the building and repair the apartments properly.
