Great building manager and cleaning staff
Pros
- Quiet over the summer - Allows sublets - Responsive, friendly building manager - Friendly long-term residents
Cons
- Old heating system - Often maintenance noises - Columbia-managed, which is both a pro and con!

Loved the super and porter. Super friendly. Clean building.
Pros
The building was quiet and clean. Close to school.
Cons
The elevator was very old and slow. There’s lots of rats outside at night
Advice to the owners
Renovate your elevator.
