Pros:
Location is great. Right next to the train. Neighbors are pretty pleasant.
Cons:
This building is the worst Ive ever lived in. No management, super has no idea what what he’s doing. Neighbors are dirty and never get their apts exterminated. I’m a very clean person and have had mice and roaches in my apt. I’ve had multiple packages stolen too.
