-Responsive super and owner -Back units are very quiet

-Sounds from the hallway can be heard inside the apartments -Laundry machines occasionally break

Good starter apartment

Pros

- quiet area - lovely balcony with pretty outdoor views

Cons

- We had a mouse problem in our apartment for over 6 months, the advice we were given was to "get a cat" - multiple times the exterminator would come and didn't even know what they were there for
