Can't Beat the Price

Pros

Super affordable living on a med student's salary (aka nothing). Laundry in building can get busy on weekends but machines only rarely go out. Also has in-building gym which is small but totally functional. Security is great - all guests must be signed in at the front door or they aren't allowed in. Heating and cooling units in all rooms, though not in common living areas. Maintenance is quick to respond, issues are usually addressed within 1-2 days.

Cons

Kitchen is tiny - oven, stove, and fridge are all not full-size appliances. Have seen multiple roaches over my 2.5 years living here. No ventilation above the stove or in the bathroom.
