building is nice but location takes away from amenities

Pros

the staff at the front desk are so nice. laundry that you can track and control with an app (no cash / coins needed), laundry room is open 24/7. fairly new and residents are very clean shared amenities are a great convenience, particularly the gym in winter. trash and recycling on every floor.

Cons

it's not quiet or serene because of the location. when you open the windows it's all noise pollution with the subway or the highway. similarly for the shared patio (which is subway level) on level 3.

Advice to the owners

no advice - they're making due and it's a nice place to stay if you can afford it and don't mind keeping windows closed.
