Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Pros
Great location near Columbia and UWS hotspots. The decor was charming, and I liked having both privacy and shared space options. Worth it for the location and cozy setup. The Wi-Fi and gym were excellent too.

Smooth Last-Minute Move
Pros
I was scrambling to find a place in New York on very short notice and honestly did not expect much. The room itself is clean, the building is well-located, and I already feel at home.
Cons
The move-in instructions could have been a little more detailed, but everything worked out in the end.
Advice to the owners
Keep improving the onboarding process for new residents, especially those relocating on short notice.
