Reviews

Former tenant·11 minutes ago

It's Decent Enough

Pros

Good natural light. Nice street with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Cons

Above restaurant so prone to insects

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Pretty standard pre-war walk up

Pros

Recently renovated kitchen with new appliances and flooring/counter/cabinets.

Cons

Steep stairs, top floor apartments are unbearably hot in both the summer and the winter. Bedrooms are tiny, bathrooms are tiny. Gas was shut off in March due to a leak. It is now September and the service still has not been restored. While the property management did provide measly 2 burner electric hot plates and an air fryer to every unit, we’re going on 6 months of our lease without cooking gas, and only a 10% deduction on rent. While they did work quickly to get the plumbers to begin repairs on the system, service still has not been restored.
