Great building and unit!
Pros
Great location. Minimal noise. Very active super
Cons
Runs out of hot water at night when the restaurant below is closing up. Pest control does not come often

Not great but could be worse
Pros
One bedroom apartment for $2500. Quiet neighbors. Great water pressure. High ceilings.
Cons
Poorly maintained. Weird layout. Shares garbage room with two restaurants and the smell reaches all the way to the upper floors at times (through the door). Floors are buckling and severely slanted. Stairwell is pretty gross.
