Great building, under the radar.

Pros

Great building in fantastic location. It flies under the radar because there is nothing fancy about it and there aren't any crazy amenities. But, it's a solid place to live.

Cons

Rooftop is a little jenky, and there are some parts of the bldg that could use a little TLC.

Small, trash system is bad and there’s so many rats in the area. Did see like a few cockroaches
