Fantastic place to live

Pros

Safe, clean, quiet neighborhood, with close subway and lots of good restaurants and bars. Walking distance to beautiful park. Building super is excellent. Building management is responsive to issues. Building is well kept, good security.

Cons

Sometimes the heat isn't perfect in all rooms, and it's not an easy fix for the super. That's really the only issue I have.
