So loud from the streets, with hospitals nearby. Bad water pressure. Seen a few mice.

Nice Unit, Greedy Landlord

Pros

Unit 1 had a huge beautiful private backyard, quiet beautiful street in Ocean Hill, the units have good layouts with big living spaces

The landlord and management company are greedy and ruthless
