Location is great! Some nice people in the building.
Cons
-- the landlord is really shady (around money) -- nobody will ever come to clean the building -- rats in the basement -- no super -- constant plumbing issues (loss of hot water for extended periods of time, entire days or more) -- some really noisy neighbors (they like to break stuff and scream almost daily) that landlord will do nothing about -- stair railings have been without screws for over 3 years (huge safety hazard) -- complete lack of security, front door lock broken, homeless people come in then sleep smoke and jerk off in the lobby -- countless packages stolen -- fake camera in lobby that has never worked and was never repaired despite requests and security issued being raised with items stolen
