it's pretty good, all considered
Pros
right by the J but not too noisy for it, there's a wonderful laundromat around the corner. relatively clean, esp since it's just a 3 unit building. central A/C.
Cons
no dishwasher. management left a dead mouse corpse in the hot water closet of our apartment during a heatwave which smelled so wonderful.
Decent place to live
Pros
Central air , nice size room, balcony , newly renovated, super is at most times available when needed.up & coming neighborhood, walking distance from grocery. Not really sure how they handled COVID because I’m still working and able to pay rent. But it doesn’t look like anyone got evicted 🤷🏾♀️
Cons
Landlord isn’t as responsive as I would like , it took a whole year for them To paint my room , the neighbors have a loud dog , the neighborhood has strange people walking around, not the safest.
Advice to the owners
Work on being a bit more responsive and available. Also there’s a basement , you guys should have a laundry unit for tenants.
