No insulation, no maintenence responses, apartment not ready for move in, balcony doors and bedroom windows don't lock, counters unsealed and never get clean, ant problem in warm months, balcony door doesn't fully shut, illegal airbnb on premises

Great apartment in the heart of Astoria

Pros

Well maintained new building with easy access to subway, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Cons

Laundry room and garbage room on the basement not very clean, maintenance can be slow from time to time
