Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for buildings managed by Daniel Wrublin indicate a mixed tenant experience. Many residents appreciate the friendly, responsive staff and the cleanliness of the buildings, along with well-maintained amenities. However, issues such as inconsistent heating, pest problems, and noise levels have been notable concerns. Some tenants also raised issues regarding management responsiveness and significant rent increases. Overall, while there are shining moments reflecting a positive living environment, there are critical areas that need attention for improved tenant satisfaction and management oversight. Potential renters should weigh the positives against these recurring challenges.

Nice Building to Live in

Pros

Doormen and Porters are all nice and responsive

Cons

Did not offer to renew lease and when I inquired they offered a $2K increase and move to a lower floor unit. Its corporate run so its all about squeezing the last cent out of all tenants
