Old old Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
aiat is very quiet during the weekends. The unit I live in now was renovated by the wonderful super.
Cons:
The previous unit I lived in for two years in the same building was horrible. Lighting so dark. Small dingy apartments. Extremely old appliances. Never renovated by owners of building, they let it go to crap. Roaches in the units as well. I think the owners just sold the building and now will fire the super that did the best job upkeeping the grounds and individuals apartments for free! I will be moving ASAP 2025
Advice to owner:
This building needs a complete renovation!

Old building with lots of issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is quiet and the neighbors are friendly
Cons:
This is an old building, so with an old building comes a lot of issues such as water bugs throughout the building and sometimes in your apartment. This building also has an issue with leaks coming from other apartments such as leaks coming from your ceiling, the building also sometimes has a nasty smell of sewage.
Advice to owner:
Work on fixing the issue as a whole instead of just the surface level.

Make it better
Former Tenant
Pros:
I have none
Cons:
One time I got stuck in the elevator there is a horrible smell of cigarette smell on the 5th floor and there are dead cockroaches everyone and a lot of cockroaches inside the building and honestly it’s just got worth it especially since the rent is $1.550k
Advice to owner:
Everything

Stay away!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cozy building. Safe area around the N train and D train a couple blocks away. Loads of grocery stores, shops outgoing area.
Cons:
This building has soo many little kids running around making so much noise the neighbors above me I am pretty sure they have like 5 kids in one small tiny apartment what kind of living is that!! You cant sleep, you cant do anything. These kids play in the hallways and play in the staircase. It never used to be like this before it would be only adults and elderly people because these apartments are small, its only fit for a couple or people with older kids. Its not place for children you can hear them when they are running and they keep stomping around and I complained hundreds of times but the lazy super doesnt do anything because he is the one that bought them here. Please stay away from this place!!! Not to mention there are so many roaches so many insects I seen throwup in the elevator and this building is not cheap to live in.
Advice to owner:
This super is lazy and annoying he only pretends to do his job.I’ve seen people in this building not pay rent and get away with it. This building sucks and there is a huge reason why it sold.
