This building is falling apart and filthy. Beware of mice infestation. Multiple apartments have had mice over the past year. It's a poorly maintained building and all of the appliances are breaking. While the super and maintenance are very pleasant to work with, management is terrible and nasty.

Cons
Management company is extremely unpleasant. Boots on the ground are great, but admins are generally arrogant and unwilling to make concessions. Half the building went without heat or AC for better half of year, packages kept getting stolen, and management was all talk no action. Individual units had to group together to demand concessions and even then were immaterial. Given the current market, I wouldn’t rent here.
Advice to the owners
Make fixes on time and be more generous with concessions or people will keep moving out
