Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews for buildings managed by Eric Einstein reveal a mixed bag of experiences. While many residents appreciate clean facilities, attentive superintendents, and decent neighborhoods, recurring issues such as unresponsive management, faulty heating, and unreliable elevators are concerning. Tenants express frustration over slow repairs and poor communication from property managers, suggesting a need for improvement in management efficiency. Some recommend the buildings for their amenities and overall environment but advise potential renters to be prepared for challenges regarding owner responsiveness and maintenance. Overall, while the living conditions can be pleasant, management's responsiveness leaves much to be desired.

Just know there is issues with this building

Pros

The only thing I like about my apartment is the unobstructed view ,no building is blocking it.

Cons

Building management responses. Please be aware that the building elevator break down every year and it’s usually more than a week. First year living here, the elevator was out for about three months. The staircase is only meant for emergency use.
