Great building to live in!

Pros

Lived here for 2 years and really liked it, would recommend to anyone looking in the area. -Responsive management -Clean building -No pest issues -Nice, quiet neighbors -Quiet and safe street -Large closets

Cons

-Pricey for the amount of space but what you would expect in UES -Some issues with package thefts -Heat can be wonky.. sometimes boiling hot and sometimes quite cold
