Quiet, clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet, respectful neighbors. They have a weekly cleaning crew, pest control, and daily garbage pickup. Never once had an issue with pests
Cons:
Big package theft issue here. Multiple have been reported and no regulation changes.

Great company to rent from

Pros:
Hubb is an amazing company to rent from. They are super responsive and always take care of their tenants. Every time we have needed anything they respond almost immediately. They even worked with us during COVID to help us with rent.
Cons:
I wished the apartments had central air, but other than that I don’t have much to complain about.
