Amazing place to live

Pros

The doormen and supers are so kind, professional, and competent. The lobby is super super clean and nice feeling. The laundry room has tons of machines and are generally all available. 3-4 elevators which is great. My landlord is super nice and responsive and helpful (and gave me a steal frankly).

Cons

Hard to move in large furniture -- the elevators arent large enough to fit most furniture and the larger elevator requires moving downstairs quite a bit outside before it comes in. Failed to bring in couches a few times. Laundry room is pretty small. Units that face the inside of the building have very little natural sunlight.

Advice to the owners

Doing great, keep it up!

Great building, slight noise issues!

Pros

Good community Quiet Apartments (if not facing street) Great area (steps away from 1 train)!

Cons

Construction often occurring Largely cannot hear neighbors, but can sometimes hear them cough or sneeze.
