Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews for buildings managed by James Maher show a mixed management experience. Tenants often find the owner responsive and quick to address maintenance issues during business hours, appreciating timely pest control and decent water pressure. However, dissatisfaction arises from inadequate garbage management in some locations, rental increases, and inconsistent heating. Several reports highlight persistent building repair delays, poor cleanliness, mold, and pest problems, with management perceived as slow or indifferent in these cases. Noise levels and neighbor quality vary widely. Overall, while some tenants recommend the buildings for their responsiveness and location, others urge improved maintenance reliability and stronger onsite supervision for a better tenant experience.
