Pros
- great live-in super - mostly quiet building - amazing location - everything works as you’d expect
Cons
- pest issues (roaches) although the property manager is helpful with managing this - multiple fire alarms went off within a few weeks, seemed strange that there were some fire-safety issues in a short period of time, but luckily the fire department is very close by and responsive. Nothing dramatic came of these alarms
Tiny but Sweet

very well run building, George runs a tight ship with trash, keeping hallways clean, etc. when I had water pressure issues a legit plumber came by and completely fixed it. location might be best in brooklyn, seriously
Cons
significant rent increases, this was during the pandemic but don't expect your rent to stay the same year after year. apt was tiny (220 sq ft) but I made it work
