the neighborhood and surrounding area is really nice, that's about it.
Cons
the management is some of the worst i've ever encountered. they do nothing about rampant package theft and almost never respond to emails or other communication unless pressured.

This building is a slum run by a slumlord

The only thing I like about this building is the gym and the rooftop.
Cons
This has to be the most poorly managed building I've ever lived in. Building flooded with sewage and they did nothing. Used up all my personal towels to mop up sewage and then brought plumbers who made it worse. Least professional plumbers ever. Not to mention the mold in the AC, the complete lack of thermal or sound insulation. Electric bill was $400 per month in the winter because of the fact we needed to pay for heat and hot water (and the building had bad insulation so all heat was sent directly outside). Avoid this place at all costs.
Advice to the owners
You are a slumlord. I hope you wake up one day and realize what oppressors you are. Tenants are not your chattle slaves. May you never find eternal peace.
