Great layout and closet space.

Cons

Too much noise on 3rd floor. 3rd floor tenant has 4 kids that use the unit like a playground. Tenant has parties and invites other small kids to play in the unit with their kids. Landlord says they cannot do anything about the noise.

Advice to the owners

Evict tenant on 3rd floor.

Quiet, clean, but HIGH electricity

Pros

It’s clean, small, quiet neighbors. Renovated apartments.

Cons

High electric bills. Between 200-300 even without daily use of all the mini split units and without high use of lights. You are responsible for paying heat, because its electric powered.

Be more transparent about utility costs.
